Proverbs 31:17
Strengthen your body. Renew your mind. Run your race with God.
Countdown to SHE Strong Retreat
Reconnect with God.
Restore your mind, body, and spirit.
SHE Strong was created for women who want to honor God through the way they live, move, rest, think, and care for themselves.
This is intentional space to step away from the noise, reconnect with what matters most, and experience true renewal from the inside out.
Run with purpose. Rest in Him.
We believe faith and the way we live are not separate things.
The way we move, rest, think, and reconnect with God all work together — every mile, every breath, every quiet morning is part of the same race.
This retreat is designed to help you slow down long enough to hear clearly, breathe deeply, and run your race renewed.
"Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us." — Hebrews 12:1
You're not coming here to escape your life. You're coming here to realign it.
Build discipline, confidence, and strength in your body
Deepen your relationship with God and find clarity
Shift your mindset and gain real direction
"She is clothed with strength and dignity."
PROVERBS 31:25
Experience real, meaningful connection
Slow down and reconnect with yourself
Leave with clarity you can actually carry home
A retreat is only valuable if it changes something after you leave.
Over three intentional days together, you'll leave with:

Your retreat home
Tucked away on 3.2 private acres along Cedar Creek Reservoir, this peaceful lakefront retreat was intentionally chosen to create space for rest, connection, movement, and renewal.
Surrounded by nature, water, open skies, and quiet beauty, this is where women will slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect with God, and experience meaningful transformation together.
This retreat was designed to feel like a sanctuary.
A place where mornings begin slowly, conversations go deeper, worship feels intimate, and every part of the environment invites you to exhale.
